Financial requirements

From January 2012 the financial responsibilities have changed. After a long period of consideration, discussion and conclusion Dr. Alan has decided that the following will be the financial responsibility of those who have decided to enter a covenant relationship on the given agreement.

The following levels apply:

1. Relationships:
are free but we do charge a registration fee for all leaders conferences. This has been 20 Euros per delegate but now has been raised to 30 Euros per delegate (see conferences). This is just to help cover administrational costs. (If you are involved in one of the following: Affiliate, Personal Pastor, Apostolic Oversight - then the registration is free!)

2. Membership:
Different people have asked about membership, therefore we have concluded the following: Membership is to be in Association with CFE, each associated member will receive a certificate of membership and would need to pay 100 Euros per year to remain a member. Application Form

3. Affiliate:
As an affiliate you will be a friend with us at CONNECTING FOR EXCELLENCE. Friends participate with us for 50.00 Euros or more per month (this also gives you AMFS status). Each month you will receive either a taped or written message prepared exclusively for CONNECTING FOR EXCELLENCE AFFILIATES. Application Form

4. Ordination:
Over the years many have asked Dr. Alan Pateman to be their apostle or to ordain them etc., this can be initiated by filling out the Application Form. The financial requirements involved are the 50 Euros application fee as mentioned on the form and an annual subscription fee of 100 Euros (due every January). Along with your subscription renewal you will also receive a new Minster´s ID card every year. Note: this does not give any ownership to CFE, but just reveals accountability; it is a heart issue.

5. Personal Pastor:
Apostle Alan Pateman will be your personal pastor for those in fivefold ministry who are not currently pastoring a local church. You will be required to pay your personal tithe to Dr. Alan Pateman and 1% of your monthly ministry tithe to CONNECTING FOR EXCELLENCE.* This will allow you to have Bishop Pateman as your personal covering while you minister to people around the world (this also gives you AMFS status). Application Form

*NOTE: Your personal tithe is paid directly to Dr. Alan (which helps to provide for his apostolic international travelling ministry so that others can benefit from his apostolic mantel) remembering CFE is your storehouse (the place where you get fed). A percentage from your ministry is also given (1%) to CFE (to help with the CFE administration) because the ministry benefits from the oversight.

6. Apostolic Oversight:
Apostle Alan Pateman will be your apostolic overseer for you and your local church. You will be required to pay your personal tithe to Dr. Alan Pateman and 2% of your monthly church tithe to CONNECTING FOR EXCELLENCE.** This will allow you to grow and develop your church (this also gives you AMFS status). Application Form

**NOTE: Your personal tithe is paid directly to Dr. Alan (which helps to provide for his apostolic international travelling ministry so that others can benefit from his apostolic mantel) remembering CFE is your storehouse (the place where you get fed) - a pastor does not get fed by his local church. A percentage from your church is also given (2%) to CFE (to help with the CFE administration) because the church benefits from the oversight. There may be other ministries / mentors that are involved in the church, therefore they are also entitled to gifts and honorariums.
