″From the outset I have cherished the name of this University. ″Lifestyle″ is everything to God and should be for us. Who can select ″knowledge″ for themselves, while their life style completely slips the ″radar?″ It is not possible. If that is, the Holy Spirit truly walks and talks with us daily. In His presence who can remain the same? If this diminishes, so does our spiritual quest. The only way to progress then is moving forwards with God every single day.
While this university embraces high quality Christian education, it does not do so at the expense of the spiritual. Nor does it value or weigh theology higher than ″lifestyle.″ Rather theology enhances lifestyle! LICU is every bit about the ″lifestyle;″ not an education program just geared to academic advancement but also spiritual advancement.
