The Heart & Passion behind CFE is Relationship Building.

Dear Friend on behalf of this ministry it is my privilege to introduce you to all that CFE entails:

First of all CFE is set up to encourage relationships and discourage isolation. A platform that allows God to "NETWORK" by His Spirit, drawing leaders together from all over the world, whose paths would not otherwise cross. This is a place where genuine relationships initiate and quality time is given to start building lasting relationships...

As a ministry with a servant´s heart, CFE looks to serve and celebrate other leaders in the Body at large. CFE is relevant to the entire spectrum of leadership. A CFE forum for example helps to connect leaders from right across the board, encouraging "cross-pollination" of ideas, thoughts and relationships.

All leaders are welcome. Iron sharpens iron! Come rub shoulders with your peers and realize new relationships are here for you. Invest! Forge out strong & lasting relationships by finding people whom you can share your highs and lows, weaknesses and strengths, successes and failures. Life must be shared. Success is not success unless it can be shared with others!

So as an international network, CFE offers you the opportunity to do just that. CFE covers five continents, involving hundreds of leaders, businesses, ministry heads, bishops and apostles who represent thousands of people. So vast opportunity globally is a reality.

CFE has gone through a number of transformations over the years, with name change, formerly known as the Pool of Life, including IFN, which stood for International Family Network. All of which now comes under the one banner of "Connecting for Excellence." An extensive ministry that has hundreds of ministers represented worldwide. Including colleges, university campuses, churches, schools and orphanages etc...
